60-day warranty
Warranty period — 60 days
Components bought from the stocks of independent brokers in the US and Europe carry an extended warranty. Most suppliers give 30 days — we give 60 days from the moment the goods leave our warehouse.
In practice that is enough time to test the parts on a bench or to fit them into the product. And the lower cost of this kind of component remains the deciding factor for many customers.
For regular customers we are ready to offer longer warranty terms.
How a quality claim is handled
- When defects are found, the buyer sends the supplier a written claim describing the nature of the fault and must attach evidence — photo or video.
- The supplier establishes the cause of the fault and decides whether the case is covered by the warranty. The decision is issued with reasoning within 10 working days of receiving complete information from the buyer.
- If a decision cannot be made remotely, the supplier may ask for the components to be sent to its own facility for inspection and diagnostics. In that case the supplier pays for the shipping; the inspection, diagnostics and decision also take place within 10 working days of receiving the components.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by improper storage, assembly or operation.
- Signs of independent opening, re-marking or repair.
- Claims without evidence of the defect (photo/video or a diagnostic report).
These terms apply to components shipped from our warehouses. For a specific part the final terms are fixed in the invoice and the specification.
